Crowd demonstrates against mast
Families opposed to the new phone mast
A 400-signiture petition will be handed to the council
A crowd of 75 people opposed to plans to build a mobile telephone mast in Westbury Park have held a second demonstration at the proposed site.

Bristol City planners will recommend that the application by T-Mobile for a 12m 3G mast should be approved at a meeting on Wednesday.

T-Mobile said the plans are within national and international guidelines.

The protesters are worried about the safety of children who attend four schools close to the site.

A 400 signature petition will be handed to the development committee ahead of the scheduled meeting.
