Five motorbikes have been seized and two people have been summonsed to appear in court in a police crackdown on anti-social behaviour. Eight neighbourhood officers spent three days patrolling Reading in Berkshire to catch people riding motorbikes in an anti-social manner.
Six people were also given warnings and could see their bikes seized if they offend again in the next 12 months.
Police said bike owners face a �126 fee to reclaim their vehicles.
If the vehicle is not collected within 21 days police could dispose of it.
The motorbikes were seized in Tilehurst, Caversham and Southcote between 9 and 11 April.
Sgt Darren Brown said: "Many people think it is legal to ride these bikes off-road but it is actually illegal if the riders are trespassing, do not have insurance, a license and the correct safety equipment."
