More than 20 people have had to leave their homes after a village in Hertfordshire was hit by flash floods. Fire and emergency planning teams were called to Barley, near Royston, after severe flooding.
The fire service and emergency planning teams were called in after heavy rain left about 10 properties flooded.
Those affected were at first taken to Barley Town House in the village and have since gone to stay with family and friends.
Hertfordshire County Council has been advising others in the village who may be without electricity that they can go to the centre if they need help.
Hertfordshire Fire Service said crews were called to "flash flooding" in the village at just after 1700 BST on Thursday.
