Two people have been killed in a car crash in Hertfordshire. The accident happened on Sunday evening on the A4147 Hemel Hempstead road near St Albans.
A Nissan Micra travelling towards Hemel Hempstead was in a head-on collision with a Ford Mondeo travelling the opposite way.
The drivers of both cars died at the scene and the four passengers in the Mondeo were taken to hospital. Police are appealing for witnesses.
Herts Police say they have no more details about the victims of the accident.
