John McCririck and the other contestants slept through the stunt.

They were among 15 people held after the break-in at the Herts compound on Friday. Police released 10 on bail.

Police said the four men and one woman had all denied breaching court bail conditions, but three were convicted.

The three were banned from Fathers 4 Justice protests until after "their original court hearing", police said.

Fathers 4 Justice named the three as David Pyke, 49, from Cheltenham; Daryll Westell, 22, from Nottingham; and Matthaus Huber, 51, from Dagenham.

The case against a 19-year-old woman from Barking was dismissed and no evidence offered in the case against Martin Matthews, 37, from London at the hearing on Saturday.

The campaign group Fathers 4 Justice earlier said members who wanted to become "superhero housemates" had entered the Big Brother compound on three sides, while a firework display diversion drew security guards towards the main gates.

Police said three protesters allegedly scaled a fence and got into the studio area, but not the house site itself.
