Snow chaos 'will not be repeated'

Council planners have pledged that this winter will not see a repeat of the chaos caused by February's cold snap, which saw large parts of Kent and Sussex grind to a halt.

Karl Taylor, from East Sussex County Council, said the authority was ready for cold weather.
