Walker collapses and dies on fell
A man has died while out walking in the Lake District.

The 65-year-old, who was from Manchester, suffered chest pains and collapsed at Helm Crag near Grasmere on Sunday lunchtime.

The Langdale and Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team were called to the scene and their team doctor pronounced the man dead.

His body was then flown to Whitehaven Hospital. It is believed the man died from natural causes.
