Family appeal after fatal crash
Darrin Finch
Mr Finch was a "dedicated uncle"
The family of a cyclist fatally injured in a road accident has appealed for help in tracing his last movements.

Darrin Finch, 37, of Little Harrowden, Northamptonshire, died in hospital after he was involved in a collision with a red Peugeot 106 on 13 February.

The driver, also a local man, suffered shock, but was otherwise uninjured.

Mr Finch's sister Vikki-Jean Whitchurch-Bennett, who lives in Stanion, said: "He was a keen cyclist and everywhere he went, he went on his bike."

She described him as "a dedicated uncle".

Mr Finch had been cycling along the B574 Orlingbury Road between Great Harrowden and Little Harrowden when the accident happened at about 1655 GMT.

PC Alan Stokes said: "We are keen to trace the movements of Darrin both on the day of this sad incident and in the previous days to enable us to build up a bigger picture of what happened here.

"He is likely to have been in the Wellingborough area any time between 1000 GMT and 1655 GMT when the collision happened."
