60,000 price tag for model village
The model harbour
The village covers one-acre
An entire East Yorkshire village complete with harbour, pub and ruined abbey has gone up for sale - for just 60,000.

Bondsville is a miniature village which covers one-acre at Sewerby, near Bridlington.

It comprises 200 buildings, a model railway, more than 1,000 figures and is surrounded by a wall.

The model has been put up for sale after the death of its owner six months ago.

Mark Caley, director of agents Leonards Auctioneers, said he was confident of a quick sale.

Bondsville is due to re-open as a tourist attraction at Easter and he added: "We hope to have sold the property by then.

"It is unusual and creating a lot of interest. There aren't many companies that will have dealt with a model village of this nature."
