Lottery grant for traveller's magazine
Travellers
The magazine highlights the concerns of travellers
The future of a Herefordshire-based magazine for travellers has been guaranteed for the next three years thanks to a 200,000 lottery grant.

The Travellers Times was launched five years ago by the Hereford's Rural Media Company.

The magazine aims to highlight the concerns of the travelling community across the UK.

The company has worked alongside communities for the last 10 years and believes it's the only publication that truly reflects the culture of travellers.

It also reviews the UK's first plans to recruit magistrates from travelling communities.

A spokesman from the magazine says the extra funding means the magazine will be available for the next three years at least.
