Police in Gloucester have arrested a third person in connection with the seizure of �80,000 worth of cannabis. The drugs were found in an abandoned car on 12 February that had failed to stop for a police patrol.
A 24-year old man from Gloucester was arrested on Monday, and has been charged with conspiracy to supply a Class B drug.
He is the third person to be arrested in connection with the incident.
A 24-year-old Gloucester woman has been released on police bail until 1 April pending further inquiries.
And a 28-year-old man, also from the city, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of a class B drug.
Detective Constable Mark Crawford said: "The seizure of these drugs and the subsequent arrests we have made are yet another successful step in our fight to rid Gloucester of illegal drugs."
