In pictures: Snow chaos hits UK
Heavy snow has caused chaos across large parts of Britain, with northern and eastern England particularly badly affected.

Thousands of people were left trapped in their vehicles from Thursday evening until Friday morning. Some folk made the most of the snow, though.
