Here is a list of the affected areas. London boroughs: Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, City of London, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Kingston-upon-Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond-upon-Thames Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets. Other areas: Christchurch, Dorset Chiltern, Bucks Epsom & Ewell, Surrey.
