| Wednesday, 22 January, 2003, 07:40 GMT Car crashes into house ![]() Green goddess crews rescued two people from the house A man has been arrested after a car crashed into the side of a house in Wiltshire. One Green Goddess crew rescued a mother and her 10-year-old son unhurt from the first floor of the house, after the car demolished the stairs. The 32-year-old driver of the Renault Espace fled the scene on Penhill Road, Swindon, before the military crew arrived around 0315 GMT on Wednesday morning. He is being treated at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon for what are thought to be serious injuries.
