| | Monday, 13 January, 2003, 21:13 GMT Police appeal over fatal crash  Mr Milburn was pronounced dead at the scene Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal road crash in South Gloucestershire. Andrew James Milburn, 19, from Bradley Stoke, Bristol, died when the Fiesta he was driving was involved in a collision with another car. The accident happened on Sunday morning on the A38 at Falfield. Mr Milburn was pronounced dead at the scene.
