| Monday, 16 December, 2002, 14:20 GMT Three deny terror charges ![]() Three men arrested in London in November have pleaded not guilty to charges under Section 57 of the Terrorism Act. Rabah Chehaj-Bias, 21, Rabah Kadre, 35, and Karim Kadouri, 33, appeared on Monday at Bow Street Magistrates Court in central London. The men were remanded in custody to appear in court on 13 January. They were charged with "possessing articles, namely cash, travel documents and other identification documentation in circumstances which gave rise to a reasonable suspicion that their possession was for a purpose connected with the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism". No bail application Chehaj-Bias, of Muswell Hill, north London, Kadre, of no fixed address, and Kadouri, of Duncombe Road, Holloway, north London, were arrested on 9 November. Both Chehaj-Bias and Kadre were assisted by interpreters in court. No application for bail was made and reporting restrictions were not lifted. Three other men were also arrested on 9 November.
