The 79-year-old woman was thrown from the hallway of her Vicar's Cross home into her front garden when the gang grabbed her handbag. She landed in the flower bed and suffered a broken arm, cuts and bruises. The youths, aged in their mid-to-late teens, struck as the pensioner was about to pay them with cash from her bag. One is described as aged 17 to 18, 5'6" to 5'7" tall, of medium build and with dark glossy hair.
