Police arrived at the scene at around 1815 GMT on Saturday night and found three men nearby with gunshot wounds.

One of the three, a 43-year-old man, has since died from his injuries, and 20 other men have received hospital treatment.

Green Lanes is currently cordoned off while a forensic examination of the area takes place.

The post mortem on the dead man will be held later on Sunday at Hornsey.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said that no arrests had been made.
