| Monday, 23 September, 2002, 13:11 GMT 14:11 UK Section of A11 faces night closure ![]() The overnight closure is south of Thetford A four-mile stretch of the A11 between Five Ways roundabout and Elveden will be closed at night in both directions for two weeks. for improvements. Motorists will be diverted via the A1065 and the B1107 at Thetford. The road is being resurfaced to make it less slippery in wet weather. The stretch will though remain open during the day, but traffic will be reduced to a 40mph limit. Closure hours are from 2000 to 0600 Sunday to Thursday, 2200 Friday until 0800 Saturday, and 2000 Saturday until 0800 Sunday morning.
