The order was imposed on Wednesday after earlier attempts to curb her law breaking, including supervision orders and prosecutions, failed.

Jeans, from Clacton Road, Wymering, Portsmouth will be jailed for up to two years if she disobeys the order.

One of the police officers who had been on the receiving end of Jeans' violence, Sergeant Fiona Voller, welcomed the order.

"She is the child from hell, she is the bane of our lives at this police station.

"Maxine has persecuted innocent members of the public for far too long now.

"The anti-social behaviour order will restrict her behaviour and give us greater powers to act if she continues to offend or act in an anti- social manner.

"Ultimately I hope this order improves the quality of life for residents and people trying to run businesses.

"I would urge the public to report any incidents where Maxine has breached the order as we would like to enforce it rigorously."
