Parts of the next James Bond film are being filmed at Cornwall's Eden Project.

Three 12-hour shoots have been taking place in the attraction's giant dome-shaped greenhouses.

The film's star, Pierce Brosnan has not been present during filming.

But Toby Stephens, who plays the arch villain Gustav Graves has been at the Eden Project.

He told BBC Radio Cornwall: "I do not see myself as a particularly bad person.

'Exciting' time

But it's great fun playing villains because you can exorcize all those nasty parts of yourself and focus them into the character."

The film's director, Lee Tamahori and a team from Eon Productions have also been on site.

Paul Travers of the Eden Project said: "Watching any film being made is exciting.

"There are about 100 people on the crew, an awful lot of cabling, lots of lights, lots of rushing about. It is exciting."

Over the past few weeks, the film crew has also been at Holywell Bay near Newquay, transforming the golden Cornish sands into a North Korean battlefield for the film.

The film, which has not yet been given a title, is due for release in November.
