| Wednesday, 20 February, 2002, 11:13 GMT Porn charge priest in court ![]() Police arrested Father Michael O'Kelly last October The Dean of Reading has been remanded on unconditional bail after appearing in court on child porn charges. Michael O'Kelly, 46, appeared at Newbury Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with possessing indecent photographs of children. The Catholic priest also faces a further charge of making indecent pseudo-photographs of children. Mr O'Kelly was arrested in October last year, following a joint investigation by Thames Valley Police and Customs and Excise. The priest, of the Horton Hospital, Epsom, Surrey, did not speak during the two-minute hearing. The case was adjourned until 13 March.
