 | | Monday, 18 February, 2002, 16:16 GMT In pictures: Dome diamond raid As four men are convicted of conspiring to rob �200m worth of diamonds in an audacious raid on the Millennium Dome, BBC News Online looks at the dramtic events caught on CCTV.   The raiders smashed their way into the Dome compound in a JCB digger  The gang were caught on CCTV smashing through security glass with sledge hammers  They also tried to use a nail gun to break through the defences  But they were surprised by police and quickly overwhelmed  Outside armed officers surrounded the gang as smoke bombs went off  A police officer surveys the Dome scene after the arrests  Police recovered a receipt for the getaway boat in the name of Mr T Diamond | |
