Student on why she has not repaid her loan

This Spanish student graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge five years ago. But even though she owes �10,500 to the Student Loans Company (SLC), she claims she heard nothing from them about paying it back.

In November 2008 she contacted SLC and has recently begun paying back her loan voluntarily. But many other students are not this honest.

Here she explains to the BBC's Andrew Bomford what happened.
