Prince Charles' impatience with the media emerged during a press call on a skiing holiday in Switzerland with his sons in 2005.
Charles targeted the BBC royal reporter Nicholas Witchell, saying: "Bloody people, I can't bear that man. I mean, he is so awful, he really is."
