Great Britain's chances of an Olympic canoeing medal at London 2012 could be boosted by a new facility that flows through the city of Cardiff.
It is the UK's first Olympic standard Canoe and Rafting slalom course, and will compliment the national watersports centre at Holme Pierpoint near Nottingham.
