Advice from the Met Office means it "will not be safe" for flights across most of Northern Europe on Monday, UK Transport Secretary Lord Adonis has said.
Speaking alongside Foreign Secretary David Miliband and Business Secretary Lord Mandelson, Lord Adonis said steps were being taken to help stranded passengers.
