BA chief executive praises staff

British Airways' chief executive, Willie Walsh, has said that "good numbers" of cabin crew have turned up for work on the second day of the strike - a claim rejected by the unions.

In a video message on the BA website, Walsh paid tribute to the efforts of the staff who had kept the "flag flying".
