End of Amazon adventure draws near

The end of Blue Peter presenter Helen Skelton's epic Amazon adventure is drawing near.

Helen is aiming to become the first woman to kayak the entire length of the famous river in aid of Sport Relief.

In her last video diary, Helen talks about big waves, big boats and the realisation that her journey will soon be over.
