'Icon' Alexander McQueen dies

Tributes are being paid to fashion designer Alexander McQueen, 40, who has been found dead at his London home.

BBC Entertainment Correspondent Lizo Mzimba described him as "a British icon" and said news of his death would shock the fashion world.
