Snow gives Scottish economy a boost

As the big freeze continues in the UK, ski and snowboarders have been out enjoying the snow in The Cairngorms, near Aviemore which has received its best covering since the 1970's.

Cairngorm Mountain Manager Colin Matthew told the BBC's Julie Peacock that the start to the season had been one of the best in over 25 years, with thousands flocking to enjoy the slopes.
