Family vigil for death row Briton

Family and supporters of Akmal Shaikh, who is awaiting execution in China, have been gathering outside the Chinese Embassy in London for a vigil.

His cousin, Latif Shaikh, said it was an extremely distressing time for the family but that they still held out some hope of a reprieve.
