Lorries queue at biggest salt mine

Lorry drivers are creating a huge tailback of traffic as they queue over an hour to collect salt for gritting the roads.

Hauliers have travelled from across the north-west, Yorkshire and the midlands to collect salt.

The BBC's Nick Ravenscroft is at the UK's largest rock salt mine in Winsford, Cheshire.
