Iraq inquiry 'will be full and frank'

Sir John Chilcot, the retired civil servant in charge of the inquiry into the Iraq war, has promised to produce a "full and frank" report.

Sir John's committee is looking at events between 2001 and 2009, covering the decision to go to war, whether troops were properly prepared, how the conflict was conducted and what planning there was for its aftermath.
