Witness describes Workington bridge collapse

A man has been describing how he saw the collapse of the bridge which resulted in the death of Pc Bill Barker.

Pc Barker, 44, was directing motorists off the bridge in Workington when a swollen river caused it to cave in.

Brendan Pickering was turned away from the bridge moments before it collapsed.
