Lesley Warner has denied her sons, who were two of a number identified by the council as "problem youths", harassed Fiona Pilkington and her daughter.
Ms Pilkington, 38, killed herself and Francecca Hardwick in a burning car after years of abuse on their Leicestershire estate.
Mrs Warner told the BBC that as far as she was aware her sons were not involved in the abuse. She did not want her, or her son's face, shown in this interview with the BBC's Anthony Bartram.
