Defence correspondent Caroline Wyatt meets soldiers from the 1st Battalion the Royal Anglian Regiment who are training for a return tour of Afghanistan.
They experienced an extremely tough tour in 2007 but with it being the hardest summer for British troops in the country since 2001, the soldiers explain how they have prepared for re-deployment.
