Gordon Brown is facing further questions from the Scottish Government about his role in the release of the Lockerbie bomber.
A government minister says he told Libya Mr Brown did not want Abdelbaset al-Megrahi to die in prison, but says he stressed the decision was a matter for the Scottish government.
