The Ministry of Defence has announced it will bring forward a review of the compensation scheme for servicemen and women who are injured in the line of duty.
It follows a legal bid this week by the government to reduce payments made to two wounded soldiers.
Defence Secretary Bob Ainsworth said bringing the review forward was the right thing to do.
