Prince 'horrified' at soldier deaths

The Prince of Wales has paid tribute to the two British soldiers killed in a roadside explosion in Afghanistan on Wednesday.

He said his heart was with the families of Lt Col Rupert Thorneloe and Trooper Joshua Hammond.

In his capacity as Colonel of the Welsh Guards, he said he had met the lieutenant colonel's family.
