Prince Charles: Value for money?

The amount of money the Prince of Wales received from the public purse rose by nearly 25% last year.

Accounts from Clarence House show that Prince Charles' funding was £3 million - up from £2.4m a year earlier.

His private income increased by just 1% to £16.4m - money which comes from the surplus generated by the Duchy of Cornwall.
