'I knew it wasn't ordinary flu'

Barry Greatorex, the thirteenth confirmed case of swine flu in the UK, said he knew it was not an ordinary cold or flu before he got the results.

He told the BBC he had caught the virus from a colleague who had returned from Mexico but had tested negative for swine flu.

Mr Greatorex, who lives in Chipping Sodbury, South Gloucestershire, said his family, who had shown no symptoms, had also been given the anti-viral drug Tamiflu.
