The Crown Prosecution Service has said there is insufficient evidence to charge the Conservative immigration spokesman, Damian Green in connection with the investigation into leaks from the Home Office.
The Director of Public Prosecutions, Keir Starmer also said that Christopher Galley, the civil servant who leaked the documents would not face charges.
