Disturbance breaks out at prison

Glyn Travis from the Prison Officers Association has told the BBC that Ashwell prison is operating at maximum capacity, and argued that while more people were being locked up, costs were being cut.

It has been reported that around 400 prisoners are involved in a disturbance at the prison in Rutland.
