Tormenting couple caught on CCTV

A couple who were caught on CCTV cameras tormenting their neighbours have both been given two-year restraining orders.

Gary Jarman, 41, and Sandra French, 50, from Wrangle, Lincolnshire, also verbally abused their neighbours during a three-year campaign.

Both sets of neighbours set up video cameras to record the couple's antics. The video was shown during the case at Boston Magistrates Court.
