Drive to cut Scots alcohol abuse

Measures to tackle alcohol abuse, including a minimum price per unit and a ban on discount deals, have been outlined by the Scottish Government.

The decision to raise the minimum legal age to buy alcohol to 21 will be given to local licensing boards.
