The Chief Executive of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust which runs the hospital where Ivan Cameron was treated before his death, has offered the Trust's "deepest sympathies" to the Cameron family.
Professor Stephen Smith said Ivan had been "well known to staff" at St Mary's Hospital.
