A six-year old Charolais bullock who tips the scales at 1,587 kilos (3,500lbs) is set to become the biggest in Britain.

It is thought the The Field Marshall could even be the biggest in the world, but he has yet to be weighed for The Guinness Book of Records.

Somerset farmer Arthur Duckett says the incredible size is down to his parentage, appetite and the fact that he has been neutered.
