Det Superintendent Alan Betts of Hampshire Police has described the acts of Hannah Foster's murderer as "despicable".
He was speaking at a news conference after Maninder Pal Singh Kohli, 41, was jailed for life for the murder, rape and kidnap of 17-year-old.
