Rescuers battle to save whale

A whale that became beached off the south coast of England has begun swimming as the tide has risen.

However, rescuers have said the whale has suffered kidney failure and faces being put down.

The six-tonne whale became stranded in Chichester Harbour, off the Hampshire and Sussex coast, on Thursday morning.
